Why “School of Culture”?

This project is grounded in the belief that culture is a powerful tool for youth development and social cohesion. By investing in the skills of young cultural actors, we support not only individual growth but also the broader resilience and transformation of the cultural sector.Participants in the project will benefit from hands-on mentorship, peer learning, and exposure to international practices in cultural management. The project also seeks to establish a lasting European network of young cultural managers, capable of initiating and sustaining cultural initiatives long after the project ends.
