Training Course Empowers European Youth Workers
The Association "Plovdiv Project Center" hosted the Erasmus+ funded "Mastering Volunteers Management" training course from August 12 to 20, 2024. This course brought together 42 youth workers from Bulgaria, Italy, North Macedonia, Romania, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Serbia. The course aimed to enhance their skills as Volunteer Managers and Coordinators, equipping them to better recruit, train, and mentor volunteers, and manage volunteer programs effectively. Participants gained expertise in conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, resource allocation, legal considerations, and more. The initiative sought to strengthen the impact of youth-focused programs across Europe by fostering skilled and motivated youth workers. The project was funded by the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC - https://hrdc.bg/en/).
