CPP (Center for Projects Plovdiv) is an independent NGO promoting cultural heritage, civic participation, and inclusive education. Established in 2011, it works across disciplines—art, science and community development—to promote sustainable and democratic societies. CPP empowers youth and marginalized groups through creative industries, STEAM education and volunteerism. It delivers non-formal learning, intercultural events and digital innovation projects. The organization also conducts research to inform policy and expand access to cultural and educational services. CPP is a founding member of the ECoC Volunteer Managers Network and developed Bulgaria's first volunteer structure for the European Capitals of Culture. With international partnerships, CPP supports cultural diplomacy, artistic mobility and social innovation.
