Project Launch: “School of Culture” –     Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Mobility

We are pleased to announce the launch of the project “School of Culture”, implemented by Center for Projects – Plovdiv (CPP) under Key Action 1 (KA152-YOU) of the Erasmus+ programme, co-funded by the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Bulgaria.The project will run from 15 July 2025 to 14 February 2026 and brings together young people from nine European countries to build capacities in cultural management and cross-cultural cooperation. The initiative aims to empower youth to lead sustainable and inclusive cultural initiatives in their communities, using tools from non-formal education.

Project Objectives:

  • Equip participants with practical skills in cultural project planning, financial and digital management, and marketing
  • Address gaps in access to cultural education through experiential learning and real case studies
  • Foster intercultural dialogue and shared European identity
  • Empower young people to overcome social and economic barriers to cultural participation
  • Promote environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable practices in the cultural sector
  • Establish a European network of young cultural managers for continued collaboration
