2VOL25 Training Course Completed in Guillena, Spain

Center for Projects Plovdiv (CPP) has completed its participation in the 2VOL25 international training course, held in Guillena, Sevilla, Spain, from 18 to 25 May 2026.

 The project was organized by CLASH – Centre of Local Actions and Social Heritage (Spain) under the Erasmus+ programme.

About the Project

2VOL25 was a training course focused on volunteering, volunteer management, leadership, and community engagement. Using non-formal and experiential learning methods, participants from Spain and Bulgaria worked together through workshops, simulations, group work, and outdoor activities across seven days. The course was hosted at Cubo's Quinta de los Cisne, a residential venue 30 km north of Seville.

  • Ethical Dilemma Cards — exploring real challenges in volunteer management
  • Activity Creator Factory — designing inclusive methods for mixed groups
  • City Challenge — discovering Guillena's local community and resources
  • Recruitment Simulation — preparation and full performance of recruitment activities
  • Volunteer Journey Map — tracing the path from first interest to leadership
  • Crisis Scenario Creation — testing responses under pressure
  • Guest youth worker's workshop on volunteer visibility and documentation
  • Independent visit to Seville
  • Intercultural Evening — presenting Bulgarian culture, traditions, and practices
